 About Blueserver Blueserver™ Consulting Group (BCL) was created in 1986 and has grown from being a small advice centre operated Dr Julian Perry an enthusiastic young dentist and has expanded into a business which supports hundreds of dentists in the UK.
We offer a wide range of services to help busy dental professionals get the most from their practicing life. BCL has a large team of expert consultants who have experience is all facets of Dentistry including in-house bookkeepers, clinical advisors, marketing, dental negligence lawyers and practice development specialists. | Dr Perry´s mission statement in 1986 was by dentists for dentists and this ethos remains the same today, although we employ non dentists in provision of key niche financial, marketing and legal servces. Dr Perry´s ethos is that each Blueserver consultant is "adopted as a colleague" as they have core specialist knowledge about dentistry and burning ambition to promote excellence in the Dental profession. |

 BlueServe™ Practice Development In our experience many practices have not had the time to devote to building the most effective development plan tailored to their practice. The BlueServer methodlogy (known as BlueServe) produces a development plan mapped to a three-year checkpoint plan designed to bring about positive change and minimum errors within a practice. This is broken down into monthly and quarterly tasks and was inspired by the World renowned Six Sigma ® process improvement methodology developed initially by Motorola® Corporation.
Each task has agreed positive benefits to the practice and over the period of the plan the fabric of the practice improves creating a practice with a well disciplined patient focused business model. |
